The Charmilles VDI24# surface EDM offers excellent roughness, resulting in molded

parts with finer, smoother, and clearer surfaces. Both the cavity and core are hardened

to achieve high hardness, anti-corrosion, and anti-wearing properties, effectively

preventing oxidation and decarburization.
