The mold was developed and produced by Chitwing. The A surface polished to SPI-A1, the

inner surface EDM with VDI21# (Makino); harden the cavity and core; heat the cavity evenly,

and the molded part has complete details. The cold slug can be ground and recycled, so as to

reduce the waste of materials. The mold fits 120T 2k machine. The part size is

10.4x12.8x4.43mm/Φ5x4mm, and the part weight is 0.2g/0.175g.
