This mold was developed by Chitwing (design and manufacturing), using standard mold base,

LKM standard; the molded part has smooth surface and aesthetic appearance w/o burrs;

with mature processing technology, the mold surface hardness > 600HV, with high

anti-wearing and anti-fatigue performance; the mold is designed with cavity ejection pin to

achieve higher demolding efficiency

Mold size: 250 X 250 X 251mm, net weight 93kg, fit 80T machine; the part weight is only 0.2g,

and the part size is (L) 9.6 * (W) 8.6 * (H) 5.2mm
