This mold is designed with standard mold base CI2025.507070, two-plates mold structure,

cold runner, and side gate; the mold surface is polished to be smoother w/o cracks and roughness;

harden the cavity and core with using S136 to have higher hardness and anti-wearing performance;

LKM standard, fit 100T machine

The mold is designed by Chitwing team with scientific consideration and precision, with minimized

cold slug, lower cost, shorter cycle time and aesthetic part appearance
