The mold was developed (designed and manufactured) by Chitwing. It is made of

high-quality steel with surface hardness > 600HV. It is a two-plates mold. Harden the

cavity and core with 1*4/S136 to improve the surface hardness and anti-wearing

performance. The tool life is up to 500k shots. The part material is PC+ABS.

The part size is 61.4 * 21.7 * 18.1mm, the part weight is 3.5g, with smooth surface

w/o defects and clear details.
