This mold is independently developed by chitwing(designed and manufactured), to meet

customer's cost-effective requirement.
This is a 2 plates mold with:
1) hot runner.
2) short cycle time.
3) free of cold runner(not material loss of runner and improve part quality).
4) melt get into cavity evenly to mold uniform high quality parts.
5) self-degating.
6) with nice and clear part surface, W/O flow mark.
7) with harden and well-polished cavity and core, get high hardness and good anti-wearing,

anti-corrosion performance.
8) tool life 500k shots.
