improve the hardness, anti-fatigue ability and anti-wearing performance of the mold through

forging, cutting and hardening.The molding surface have been hardened > 600HV. Molded

part W/O shrinkage, short shot, flow marks and gas marks, and with precise molded surface.

Minimized material loss and shorter cycle time to meet customer' requirement.

  What we do：

Chitwing is focusing on providing custom-made products to world-wide customers, including

product structure design based on customer’s ID, mold design & fabrication, mold trial &

prototyping, MP production and shipment.

At the same time, we can offer 50~100 sets of custom-made mold and standard component to

customers including high precision stamping tool, die-casting tool (Zinc & Alu. Alloy) and high

precision injection mold.
