130.92 X 165.60 X 62.06mm, and the net weight of part is about 10g

The mold is developed by Chitwing (designed and manufactured)

According to the cost-effective requirement and the demand for mass development at low cost,

the mold is designed with two-plates structure, side gate (pin point gate turns to side gate).

A surface mirror EDM with VDI 10#, and harden the cavity and core, so that the mold has

smoother surface, higher hardness, and better anti-wearing performance, a tool life up to

500K shots, short cycle time and minimized cold slug to meet the needs of mass production
