The mold is designed with cold runner, core insert, serrated wire cutting, LKM standard.

The cavity and core are hardened to have higher anti-wearing performance and higher hardness.

This is a three-plates mold with polished surface and pin point gate.

The mold weight is 145kg, and the IMM tonnage is 80T.

The molded part has high precision and uniform texture; the part weight is 4g,

the part size is 33.63X35.01X22.26 mm, with clear details and smooth surface
