The mold is designed with LKM standard, hot runner turns to cold runner,

saving materials, stable molding, shorter cycle time

A surface polished to 1000# sandpaper, the gluing surface (jet) EDM with VDI27#, and other

surfaces EDM with VDI24#. The tool life of is up to 500k shots. Harden the cavity and core

with 1*2/S136 to have high hardness and good anti-wearing performance.

The part material is

PC+10% GF, with good strength. The part weight is 6g, and the part size is

160.37 X 75.00 X 7.50mm.
