The mold is made as below:

① Grade I critical surface treated with VDI27# pattern

② The soft adhesive surface is polished and treated with VDI21# (Muye),

so that the mold finish is greatly improved, the molded Part is smoother in

surface, has no potholes, and is free from stripping and mold adhesion.
