Partial surfaces EDM with VDI 18#; harden cavity and core with 1*1/S136 to have high hardness

and anti-wearing performance; with uniform wall thickness, stable molding pressure, smooth cavity

surface, free of damage, and low in roughness. The molded parts not sticking with the mold.

Tool life > 500k shots. The molded part features fine details, uniform thickness, and with

precise thread.
