Mold base: Standard CI2025.507070.

This mold features an LKM mold base and has dimensions of 250mm in height, 250mm in

width, and 251mm in depth. Designed for injection molding with PC, it utilizes a cold runner

system for efficient material flow. The mold cavity and core are made of S136 mold steel,

with an SPI B-2 surface finish for enhanced durability. Equipped with a side gate, the mold

ensures optimal injection performance. With a lifespan of at least 500,000 shots, this mold

offers long-lasting service and reliability.
