The Chitwing two-plates mold, employing an LKM mold base, offers exceptional performance

and durability. Featuring a side gate for optimal material flow, this mold is designed to have

a lifespan of at least 500,000 shots, ensuring long-lasting service. With a net weight of 155kg

and dimensions of 300mm in length, 300mm in width, and 291mm in height, the mold is

compact and user-friendly. Specifically tailored for a 110T injection molding machine (IMM)

This two-plates mold features a smooth surface, low roughness, and uniform wall thickness.

The surface is mirror EDM finished with VDI 10#, while the cavity and core are hardened using

1*8/S136 for excellent hardness, strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

The mold has a tool life of up to 500,000 shots.
