The Chitwing mold, manufactured in Guangdong, China, is a three-plates mold with a mold

standard of LKM. It has a net weight of 1158kg and is designed to be used with an injection

molding machine (IMM) of 180 (T) tonnage. The mold size measures 400mm in length,

640mm in width, and 541mm in height.

mass production, focusing on production cost, quality, and cycle time. It incorporates three

slides and three lifters to ensure precise molding. The mold features VDI 18# polishing on

selected surfaces, while the cavity and core are hardened using 1*1/S136 material to achieve

excellent hardness and anti-wear performance. The tool life of the mold can reach up to

500,000 shots.This mold is well-fitted, ensuring no leakage and maintaining stable cavity

pressure. It also facilitates uniform wall thickness in the molded parts. The resulting products

exhibit smooth surfaces, sharp edges, and no burrs. Additionally, the mold enables the creation

of precise threads and consistent thickness throughout the molded parts.
